  • your hosts

Your hosts at Paddy's Pod are Allan and Heather, and their children Kaidyn, Blake, and Dane. The family also includes two furry companions, Meekah the Bernese Mountain Dog, and Pixie the cat.

Heather, having grown up on the farm, returned 16 years ago with her partner Allan. The farm holds a special place in their hearts, as Heather's parents purchased its original part 48 years ago. Heather's childhood dream of running the dairy farm has become a reality, and both she and Allan share a passion for the outdoors in this breathtaking area.

As dedicated dairy farmers, they find enjoyment in their jobs surrounded by the stunning views and the multitude of outdoor activities the region offers. The decision to open their doors to guests was a natural one, inspired by a desire to share their piece of paradise.

The name Paddy's Pod is inspired by Heather's Irish heritage, a nod to her parents who immigrated from Ireland over 50 years ago.

Absolutely beautiful place to have a night away for our anniversary. Hosts are easy to contact if needed, and the place is super private to just enjoy being on your own. Hot tub sunrise was my favourite part though. We will be back.
