Beautiful, private, modern cabin surrounded by native bush. Pictures don't do this place justice. It was so peaceful and homely. The perfect place to stay for a weekend away from reality.

This was an amazing staycation. We usually don’t bother with staycations, but this has changed our minds 100%. Amazing house, facilities, location, and host. Can’t rate it high enough. Definitely make the effort to visit; you won’t regret it and will return to daily life rejuvenated.

Our stay at Limestone Cabin was the highlight of our trip to New Zealand! Check-in was easy, and Grant was very flexible, taking us through everything we needed to know about the cabin on arrival. We felt instantly relaxed and at home. The cabin itself is beautiful; it's obvious a lot of attention to detail was given when building it, and it was well-equipped with everything we needed (and more!) from basic pantry items, a great kitchen and fireplace, to a luxurious outdoor bath and the most comfortable bed. The cabin is spotless and feels like you're staying at a resort. The location was great, a short drive to town and many walking tracks, but very peaceful and private with gorgeous native bush surrounding the cabin. We enjoyed stargazing in the bath, eating breakfast on the balcony, and taking many walks and kayaking the Punakaiki River, which is five minutes from the cabin. We only wish we'd stayed for longer!
