    Pigeon Place is self-catering. Just bring your own food and drink, and cook meals using the double gas burner and BBQ provided. You'll find all the cutlery, crockery, pots and pans that you'll need.

    Oxford is under 10 minutes away and has plenty of eateries and night dining options, including Black Beech Wine and Pizza Bar with outdoor seating and live performances. A must-visit is Sheffield Pies, New Zealand's award-winning pie shop with over 20 flavours to chose from.

    The nearest store for stocking up on food and supplies is in Oxford.

    The property was purchased in 1989 and has been farmed alongside David's family home farm at View Hill. Set in a stunning natural environment and a QEII covenant, the views and birdlife here are truly beautiful.
