We'll get back to you very soon with your voucher (usually within a couple of hours). You'll also receive an email to the address you provided, confirming the details you submitted to us. Our Internet Banking details are supplied in this email so you can pay by this method if you selected this option.
If you selected Credit Card as your payment method, we'll send you a separate Paypal 'Request for Money' email at the same time as we provide your voucher.
Note that our vouchers aren't valid until payment has been made. Once we receive payment either via Internet Banking or Paypal we record this in our database and validate the voucher. We don't provide a receipt of payment but rest assured that we will follow up with you within a few days if we don't receive your payment, so please feel free to gift your voucher safe in the knowledge that it is valid and ready to use.
